IBCmass aims to provide internet, multimedia and consultancy solutions through an interdisciplinary team working with a management system that ensures quality for customers and suppliers.

The Terms of Use (hereinafter the Terms) are intended to provide a regulatory framework to ensure the peaceful use of the website, ensuring both the user and the owner of the website there is mutual respect for the law. Therefore, the purpose of these Terms of Use for the PORTAL is to regulate the use and operation of the IBCmass website, accessed through the primary address www.ibcmass.com.
Www.ibcmass.com Portal (hereinafter THE PORTAL) belongs to IBCmass, diseño y tecnologías de la información S.A., a company with its own legal personality, domiciled at Paseo de la Florida No. 7, 1ºE, Oviedo and registered in the Asturias Business Register in Volume 2614, Folio 154, Page AS-20,873 with Tax Identification Code number A-33573312, and is aimed at providing information on the value-added design, content, web and multimedia development services that IBCmass currently provides in the market. In compliance with current regulations, the use of ibcmass.com as a domain name is duly registered, with all the guarantees, with the Register having been previously informed as provided for in Law 34/2002 of 11 July regarding information society and electronic commerce services.

In general, access to existing information on the website and your browsing the site will be free. Those people who have accepted the terms of use for the website when accessing the PORTAL shall be able to access the PORTAL and, therefore, shall be regarded as users of the website with all the rights and obligations implied therein.
